"Why'd you have to go, and make me say these things about you?" Hey. So I did go to New Hampshire on Friday morning. I got back yesterday evening, but I was too tired and then not in the right frame of mind to write, so I haven't updated until now. So now you get to hear all about my (sarcasm) MARVELOUS (end sarcasm) trip to New Hampshire. Did I not say I would have no fun there? It's ridiculous how awful of a time I always have there. This time wasn't even as bad as usual. I mean, I hung out with the group of teenagers that were there most of the time, but they were not the greatest people in the world. I mean, better them than a bunch of adults, but they were not the kind of people I'd hang out with if given a choice. Don't get me wrong, they were nice enough, just, to most of them I didn't really seem to exist. Let me tell you about the three of them that were intersting. Meghan was the one who was really nice to me. She explained everything that was kind of an "inside joke" to me, and she always made sure to include me in things. For some reason she reminded me a WHOLE lot of my friend Stacey. I can't put my finger on it at all, though...Anways, she's a year older than me. There was this kid Ben who is a year younger than me. He always had his headphones on really loud. They enjoyed pointing and laughing at him, so he would look up, take off the headphones, and say "What?" He reminded me of a cross between two kids in my science class last year, Huw and Brian. His size and hair and humor were a lot like Brian, but his face and the rest of his personality were a lot like Huw. Strange. And lastly, there was Jamie. Not my brother. I do believe he shows up here. Yup, our family friends were there, him included. Jamie is always strange in the way that he really doesn't seem to care much about people one way or the other. It's very odd. Anyway, those were the three of interest. Basically, after a day and a half, every minute I was wishing I was home. I was SO happy to be back yesterday. *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-* I think I've now worked out what we're doing the rest of the summer. In early August (3-10) we're going to this house in Maine, which is VERY close to the New Hampshire border, and is actually closer than the palce in New Hampshire is. Colin will come home during that time, and stay for a few days after we get back. Then, mid-late August (22nd or 23rd) we'll leave to take Jamie to Earlham. We will then stay with aforementioned family friends in Cincinatti for a few days, and come home. Then, in early September, school will start again. NOT something I'm looking forward to. *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-* I'm putting the link to my possible if-someone-hosts-the-images diary layout in every entry until more people look at/comment on it. So look!
