I fell off of a horse on Saturday (Orlik, he's quite large too) and banged my leg up pretty good. It hit a jumping post. Nothing's broken or anything, just a bad muscle bruise, but it could take like, 10 days, before it feels better. It's hard to walk because it hurts to put too much weight on it, and it hurts to bend it. No fun.

I was 2-2 today in football action. Bucs over Eagles and Raiders over Titans. If I could gamble, I would have made money. Oh well. I'm so bored by football that I've recently been watching golf. GOLF. It's one of those things I pick a favorite in (I love my Ernie Els) and watch in the background while doing other things. Ernie's won the first two tournaments of the year, dontcha know? Anyway, it's been quite funny watching the wonderful Dallas Mavericks, with their 30-6 record, lose to the Clippers and the Sonics. That's just pathetic. OK, the Sonics aren't THAT bad, but the Clippers? Come on now. That's just weak.

It's still hidiously cold here. Still showing no signs of letting up. There's still loads of ice and snow when it hasn't snowed for over a week. I'd rather it be this way than hot, though. Summer is awful. Heat is awful. Cold is much better.

We stayed late at tech on Friday. Funness, especially since there were only a few of us, and we were the good, devoted techies, not the naive freshmen, or the stupid failed actors. Me and MT made this DJ's box thing, which is like a cube, only the top is tilted. I had to patiently explain to MT what a trapezoid was and that it is not only like those red tiles we played with in math class, rather any four-sided shape with only one set of parallel lines. Translation: Me and MT yelled at each other for a few minutes about what exactly we were making and for once I was right. Ah, the joys of tech.
