Angels win, Angels win, tra la la la la la!
Wahooo! Angels win the World Series! That's the way it was meant to be. The team gets the title, not one guy. Go Angels! Hahaha. The NL hasn't won back-to-back World Series' in a LONG time. Go AL (except the Yankees!) That was a real good game. The bullpens were both fabulous, the only people that gave up any runs were the starters. The difference? Livan Hernandez gave up 4 runs, while John Lackey (24 years old!) gave up only 1. And that was the score til the end. No fancy Bonds homers, no nothing except one little run for the Giants. Only one walk to Bonds, he was 1-3. The men in front of him didn't get on either. Frankie Rodriguez was brilliant as usual, striking out the side (walking Bonds in-between, but not on purpose) in the 8th. Percival gave me a heart attack, as closer always do, but he closed it, and that's what counts. It was so wonderful to see that huge mass of white and red uniforms jumping up and down. To see that look on Bonds' face...brilliant. Almost as good as Jeter's. But not quite.

The Breeder's Cup was pretty good. My favorite With Anticipation came in a solid second in his race. In the Classic, War Emblem didn't win, which is what counts, and a 40-1 longshot named Volponi did win. Impressivly at that. It was cool to see a longshot get it. I guess the people who bet on him were ecstatic.

Riding was SOOO fun on Saturday. I rode Camelot again. He's so wonderfully crazy. We all cantered together and it was so much fun. It was like riding in a race or something, the wind on your face, and the other horses in front of you, and it's such a rush. Funness.

More lateness at tech this week. Oh the joy. We have a really good time sometimes, and that's what I'll hope for. Only, I get the feeling once Tristram's back to steal Ida, and Ruthy's back to deal with it won't be so much fun. Oh well, I hope for the best.
