Sorry about the long leave of absence, all. Our internet was off for a few days, as the company was too stupid to realize that the power was off, and so my brother finally fixed it hiself. Then I've been sick for a few days. It wasn't much fun. Stomach virus. Tech has started, but I couldn't go Monday and Tuesday, went on Wednesday, stayed home sick on Thursday, and went home sick on Friday. We have some of the most annoying people in the cast. But at least they're not on the crew. So anyways, I'm gonna be around even less than usual, if that's at all possible, in the next couple of months. That is, of course, if MT can do tech, because if she can't, which might happen, I don't know if I will. (It'll be fun building two sets at once and one of them being for Drama Fest, and we have like an 8 person crew so far, too...)

Anyhow, they had to cancel my riding lesson today because they're severely short-handed. I'm taking a lesson on Tuesday with this guy who's supposed to be very good. He teaches jumping lessons but I'm taking the flat lesson for my first time. The first instructor I ever had, Julie, who works at the barn again, has been really wanting me to try these lessons, so this week is perfect for it. I'm so nervous though!

Gah! Football is dumb and boring (although it does give me satisfaction to see the Eagles beat the Falcons up, like I wanted them to,) basketball is making me angry (the Celtics can't SHOOT!) and I had to resort to watching GOLF today. Of course, I quit after a few minutes because of the sheer boringness of it all. How can anyone actually stand to watch 3 1/2 hours of golf each night for 4 days in a row? It's so SLOW.

I'm actually in a good mood today! One of those days where I feel really happy to have all the people around me that I do. As insane as they all are, I love them. Well, with some exceptions, of course :-)
