I'm SO bad. Please don't hate me guys! I know I never update, but I try! Anyway, I kinda forgot to continue that entry before cause I went to MT's house, and then yesterday and today we were in Vermont visiting Colin. But here's an entry for ya.

At Harvard they've been doind some weird thing where it's like Club Day, but Parents come too, so it's like Parents Week and Club Day all in one. All of this leads to Harvard Yard being impossible to walk in (well, not impossible) and subsequently, hard for me to get to school. Stupid Harvard. Not my fault it's in my way to get to school. They have really weak security though. Odd. Maybe they're just all hidden security guards ;-)

Vermont is really wierd. Burlington is really a sleepy town until late at night, because it's basically just college kids. They have this one shopping center pretty close with a Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Bed and Bath, Cicuit City, Staples, and more. It's really scary. Like, half of Vermont goes there to shop. HUGE stores with HUGE amounts of people. Weirdness. At least huge crowds don't really bother me.

So, I've been to two meetings about the play for this fall at school. It's gonna be "The Good Times Are Killing Me" by Linda Barry. It's about a 12 or 13 year old girl growing up in the '60s in an urban neighborhood that's changing from primarily white to primarily black. She's white, her best friend is black, and yeah. I shall be teching. Ruth and Maggie's Jonathan are teching too, Maggie and MT are trying out, but if they don't make it, they'll tech. I hope they do. Mary is also trying out, along with a few freshman I don't like. Beyond that, no one of note.

Hehehe. Emily: Yes, I knew about Trot's name (see Cast List.) It's quite a funny name, isn't it? Yeah, I don't know what it was about the Chase/Trot thing, but the first time I saw that his son's name was Chase, I was like, Woah, Doubletake :-) Nice to hear from fellow Sox fans.

Patriots been kicking ass. Rock on. I don't particularly like football, but it isn't half bad, now that I've watched some. This season has started off as a such a joke. The Patriots were at home, opening a new stadium, and the Super Bowl champions, but the other team was favored. 'Course the Patriots killed 'em, so everyone shut up. Then, this week, the Jets were favored over the Patriots. And guess what? The Patriots killed them too. Hahaha. Oddsmakers, shut up. Now, let's hope they keep it up, as this is the reverse of their start from last year (started 0-2) but I think they can.

Derek Lowe is a 20 game winner. Go Derek! At least Deri and Petey are still in the Cy Young race, even if the Red Sox are out of the Playoff chase. I hope the Angels lose tonight. If not for the Red Sox' sake, then for the A's. AL West is tied up right now. The A's are losing to the Mariners today (who are FADING) so I pray that Anaheim loses. Too bad Zito wasn't pitching tonight, then he would get the loss ;-) He had another almost perfect game the other day. I swear, they're trying to give me a heart attack.

Horseback riding was wonderful this week. I had a really good lesson. Maggie rode Quintain, I rode Blaze. Blaze was in a perfect mood, and we rode outside. Blaze just did everything perfect. He was the perfect speed at the trot poles, he cantered nicely, went over the log we were going over without slowing to a trot or trying to gallop, and after I got over being worried he wouldn't make it, jumped the vertical from a trot that we were doing. It was fun. It was like a little course, albeit an easy one.

So, was that good? :-) Tommorow is no school an a Red Sox doubleheader. Yay. This is, like, the first time ever they've given us Yom Kippur off. Rock on Cambridge Public Schools.
