So, what's up all? I have had some time recently, due to an unexpected 4 day weekend. It was supposed to be a 3-day weekend, for Memorial Day, but there was a gas leak in our school, and a fire, so we got today off too. It was sweet. Felt like summer. Anyway, with the extra time, I made a new page for most of my fanlistings, and so now my diary ought to load more quickly. Also, I have been writing the backstory for my StarMoon-AU character. It's a lot of fun. I really like it. It being my character and the whole idea of StarMoon-AU. Nice to start over. Poor Koumi had been a victim of a lack of plot-bunnies lately.

Red Sox beat the Yankees last night, so no 300th win for Clemens yet. However, they are about to lose tonight :-( Oh well. Can't win 'em all.

Hehe. I love my fanlistings. Sorry, I'm rather obsessive. But I have so many, and they're so pretty! I have lots of sports ones, now I have some basketball and Sasha Cohen and even the Red Sox GM, Theo Epstein. Of course, I especially love my Barry Zito one, because he's SOOO pretty. (Don't worry, Red Sox, you're still the best!) And then I have all sorts of NFG and Ataris listing, plus one for Jimmy Eat World, Finch and The All-American Rejects. I also have Matchbox 20 and The Goo Goo Dolls, plus their song "Iris." I had to represent Cambridge with Matt Damon and Ben Affleck. I also got Agent Smith from the Matrix, because he's the best. All sorts of cats and dogs, and one horses. Chocolate cake, cheesecake, whipped cream, cookie dough and milk, yummy! The roses fanlisting button is also really pretty. In short, I am pleased.

Umm. Yeah. I have to have, like, a group conference with MT, Ruthy and Maggie to make sure I set the date on when we're going to see the Sox. I think it's the 27th or 28th, but gotta check what's cool with everyone, then buy tickets. Also gotta buy tickets for Sox vs. A's (wahoo!) Not sure where I'll sit for the game with my friends, but for the A's game, it all about the 1st base side. Although, with my luck, Scotty won't even play.

By the way, the NBA playoffs are bullshit. Everyone good is gone. If the Mavs lose tonight I will not watch the finals. I CANNOT watch the Spurs and Nets for even one whole game. The Nets make me want to murder someone, and the Spurs beat the Lakers, so I'm holding a grudge. But I'd still root for the West either way, because the Nets, well...they suck and I hate them and I hate Jason Kidd and I hope they all die (but not really.) But for once in my life, I'm actually *gasp* paying attention to hockey! When it's the Mighty Ducks in the finals, how can I not. Go Mighty Mighty Ducks! Give Anaheim something else to cheer about, since the Angels are breaking down. Anyway, don't expect me to actually follow hockey next year or anything, because I still hate it. I just can't see what is going on. The puck is so unseeable. Plus, lots of Canadians with unpronouncable names is SO not fun.

I am always telling Stacey that she's too nice, and she needs to find a mean side, but I am having trouble with mine lately. I mean, I can be mean, and all of that, but I just can't be as mean as I should be. For example, I hate the Yankees, and I hate everything about them, but I don't hate their players. I just hate the team as a whole. And everyone around here hates Clemens because he "deserted the Red Sox" and "didn't pitch as well as he could his last 4 years" but, dude, it's not his fault Dan Duquette's an idiot and the Red Sox bullpen sucked those years and blew his leads. What was he supposed to do, retire because the Red Sox didn't want him? I do hate that he's a member of the Yankees, but they do pay him, something the Sox wouldn't do. He says he wants to go into the Hall of Fame as a Yankee. He'll probably go in as a Red Sock, but if he doesn't want to... I mean, he's said that he still has roots here, he still became the pitcher he is here, but we did give up on him, and he has the right to be upset about that. I say, I'm glad for him and his accomplishments. We did draft him, and we did develop him, and he did pitch both 20 strikeout games for us. I couldn't hate him. I didn't want him to get 300 against the Sox, but I just didn't want the Sox to lose. I do hate that Freddy can't wear #21 now because they're waiting to possibly retire it for Clemens, because 21 in my number, and Freddy's my boy, but I guess Clemens deserves it. I just see no reson to hate him.

Speaking of Freddy, he may soon be all I have left. Mueller is hitting extremely well, making my dear Hilly (no slouch himself) look VERY expendable. He's almost certainly gonna be gone soon. I REALLY don't want him to be. I will cry. All of my boys are leaving, it's so sad.
