"And there's someone who understands you more than I do..." At mom's work. It's pretty boring, I've basically been at the computer all day. However, it is in downtown Boston, so if I want to go somewhere, it's pretty easy to get there. I was starting to type this up before and got kicked off the computer onto another one, then back on to this one. Ugh. Anyway, now I'm using this one and making more ID cards ;-) *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-* All-Star game happened on Tuesday. And happened quite nicely in my opinion. The Red Sox players tally goes as such: Hilly went 0-2 but had a nice tag with the help of a good throw by Rez to get out Sammy Sosa at 3rd. Speaking of Rez, he played well, and went 2-2. Johnny went 1-3, starting a rally that brought the AL back into the game. He stole 2nd base, and reached third some other wacky way. He also had a "productive strikeout" where, even though he struck out, a guy stole a base, so he got the runner advanced. Nomar didn't do anything that spectacular, he was OK. D-Lowe went two innings and gave up one run. It was almost two runs, but Torii Hunter stole a homerun from Barry Bonds by jumping and catching it when it was over the wall. Good Torii. I like the name Torii. Not Tory, but Torii. Ugie went one inning, gave up no hits, no runs, had a 1-2-3 inning. Good show all around, I suppose. The game ended in a 7-7 tie, because the managers had used everyone but one pitcher, and neither had saved their own team's pitcher, so they didn't want to make them go for very long, in case they got injured or tired out, and their managers would be furious. I thought it was the best possible outcome. Ties in an exhibition game are cool. But the crowd was all angry. Whatever, I was happy. Baseball resumes as normal today. Red Sox in Toronto. *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-* My pictures went away for a little while...they seem to be back now, though, and that's good. I don't like them going away, it makes my diary considerably more ugly. *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-* I got the tape for Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (AKA the best Harry Potter book) the other day. I was listening to it, and I really wanted to yell at the charatcers, because Sirius is my favorite character and they all thought he was evil. Hmmm, wonder if me and Bunny will get into an argument (although I doubt it, because that would be rather petty) because Snape (her character) HATES Sirius...Anyway, Snape isn't bad. He's a very villianous character who isn't really a villian, and that's cool.
